So ends May. It was a good month. I’ve stayed at or under 123 for multiple weeks now. I’ve been eating well, not gorging and trying to keep things balanced. Let’s aim for similar success in June.

Today I was supposed to go out to dinner with a friend, so I tried to not eat a ton during the day. But that didn’t happen, and I ended up eating a small dinner at home.
Sometimes I get to the end of the day and realize I didn’t eat enough. If you check my food log, these are the days I have random things after dinner.
