I do mine weekly so there is less risk of spoilage of veggies and meat. Be sure and freeze any meats you won’t use until next week.
Definitely. I’m actually trying to use up meat I already have in the freezer. I’m sure I’ll make another trip to the store next week for more produce, but hopefully I can hold off on my daily aisle wanderings, ha!
