Oops, I should clarify:

The issue is with my scar. It’s about 2.5 inches long on the ball of my right foot, and the scar tissue is still pretty ripe. So pounding down on it is a biatch! Ouch.

Sounds like you can build up to it. Start with 1-2 min a day for a week or so, then add a couple of minutes, etc. to help strengthen the bone and tendons.

I do mine weekly so there is less risk of spoilage of veggies and meat. Be sure and freeze any meats you won’t use until next week.

Definitely. I’m actually trying to use up meat I already have in the freezer. I’m sure I’ll make another trip to the store next week for more produce, but hopefully I can hold off on my daily aisle wanderings, ha!
